Creating a culture of mental wellness allows employees to feel safe, valued and heard. This will improve productivity, reduce burnout and absenteeism and ultimately, create a workplace where employees can thrive.Leaders will also learn the importance of nurturing their own self-care to prevent burnout for themselves in order to be the best leader possible.

Ivy has her bachelors in Psychology from University of New Haven, her Masters in Public Health from Boston University and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
